电压/ 电流量测输入端子采用前出设计,方便快速与治具盒F71201 连接,F71201 的连接线直接接到7140 功率分析仪,待测产品( 如AC 插头) 可直接插在治具盒上,即插即用省去接线的麻烦。
可自行切换大/小电流量测模式,省去人工接线程序
由于大多功率量测仪器无法自行调整接线去抵销仪器本身电流计/ 电压计内阻造成的功耗,需要工程师以正确的接线(U-I/I-U 接线法),才能精准量测产品的待机功耗,MICROTEST 7140 支援大/ 小电流手动切换量测模式( 需搭载F71201 测试治具,且电流在15A 以下)。
|大电流模式
量测大电流产品时,可透过F71201 切换为大电流模式,电压量测点直接连接至待测物端,以避免线材回路的压降影响大电流测试时的瓦数测量,造成量测值偏低。
|小电流模式
量测低待机功耗产品时,可切换为小电流模式,将自动扣除7130 电压输入内阻1.66MΩ 消耗的功率,确保测量的功率接近于0W,特别适用于待机功率的评估。
数值模式下,一次可显示4/8/16组参数
MICROTEST 7140 采用4.3”TFT LCD 显示屏,5 位数测量显示,透过数值模式一次可显示4/8/16 组参数,电压/ 电流/ 功率具备超高精度量测能力( 达±0.05% 读值±0.05% 量程 )。
自动判断PASS/FAIL功能
MICROTEST 7140 支援比较模式,可设定上/ 下限值,适合用于生产线测试,对电压/ 电流/ 功率等多组参数设定上限值与下限值进行PASS/FAIL 判定。
一次可监控4/8组参数的Max值与最小值
MICROTEST 7140 具备同时监测4 组或8 组参数的能力,仪器会显示其参数的Max值与最小值,协助工程师更有效率掌握电力相关指标参数波动与变化,此外,支援图形显示、以简易示波功能观测电压、电流波形,可透过USB Host 存储介面,直接截图波形与纪录数值,无需外挂示波器。
有效分析AC电源参数中含了DC属性的电压/电流
由于电网波动使AC 电源中的波形可能不完全是理想的正弦波,在量测AC 参数时,MICROTEST 7140 可同步显示AC 参数中含了DC 属性的电压/ 电流数据,更全面性的监看电力品质,协助工程师进行电源设计的优化与分析。
线路与频率滤波功能
透过MICROTEST 7140 支援滤波功能,量测时可将讯号中无用的频率滤除,保留下来的是目标频率范围内的讯号,使波形更纯净,更精确量测电力系统中的功率相关的重要参数。
